Spring has sprung in Cambria, and as the wildflowers bloom, exciting spring events are popping up all around town. From Hearst Castle tours and Eroica California to the Sculptors Symposium and Zin Fest Weekend—in Cambria, as always, there is something for everyone. Come to the Central Coast for wine tasting, cycling, art exhibits, and everything spring.

Offered seasonally, this special tour enables guests to experience the Castle illuminated at night and is longer than daytime tours (100 minutes). Docents in period dress bring 1930s history to life as they move silently through the sumptuous rooms of Casa Grande. A vintage newsreel in Hearst’s private theater rounds out the evening.

Celebrate California’s grape in California’s tiniest town—Harmony, population 18, just down the road from Cambria! Enjoy a flight of Chuck’s award-winning, fruit-forward Zinfandels with artisan cheeses all weekend from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. No reservations. This event is in conjunction with Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance’s Zinfandel Weekend.
Friday, April 3 – Sunday, April 5
This world-renowned vintage cycling event has four routes of various lengths that showcase the best cycling in the area on Sunday, April 5. As the only Eroica event in the USA, Eroica California is the perfect opportunity to experience the history of cycling first-hand in a stunning location. Riders can also enjoy NOVA Eroica on Saturday, April 4. Nova Eroica offers cyclists a chance to experience Eroica California on modern bicycles, in a group ride atmosphere with fun, timed segments. NOVA is open only to road and gravel bikes. This region is on every cyclist’s bucket list—so don’t miss Eroica California 2020!

The towering pines and seaside cliffs of Cambria inspire artists from around the world. Following the annual week-long California Sculptors Symposium at Camp Ocean Pines in Cambria, world-class and amateur sculptors exhibit and sell work created during the week at the Sculptures by the Sea event. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artists as they work in fields overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This unique, seaside art show will take place on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
