Proudly going “against the grain,” the owners of this truck have created their own unique spin on traditional southern comfort food, all made from local ingredients. Their menu pays homage to the cooking of cultures all over the world, and includes their yardbird fried chicken sandwich, their famous Disco Fries, their 14-hour smoked shoulder, andouille sausage, baked beans, Texas toast, apple cider slaw, house B&B pickles, and homemade barbecue sauce.
