He is an award-winning journalist\, co-host of the Rising Tide Ocean Podcast\, editor of the Ocean and Coastal Conservation Guide\, and co-founder of the Peter Benchley Ocean Awards. The Forest of the Sea serves as a key reminder that although the colorful underwater world of kelp is at risk\, ordinary citizens can still work together to restore and protect the forests.
