More reasons to visit can mean more reasons to stay. This winter, from December through March, we’re focused on giving travelers even more reasons to plan an overnight trip to Cambria—and we’re inviting our lodging partners to help us make it happen.
Rain in the Forecast?
El Niño is expected to bring a wetter winter to California. We can’t change the forecast, but together, we can make sure there’s still plenty worth traveling for.
Cozy Cambria will create more ways to enjoy the season indoors with holiday experiences, wellness, food, music, arts, slow living, local culture, and other reasons to book a cozy stay in Cambria—whatever the weather has in store.
The goal is simple: give visitors more reasons to choose Cambria all winter long.

It Takes a Village
Lodging partners have an important role to play in Cozy Cambria. While experiences throughout town give travelers more reasons to plan a winter trip, where they stay can become part of the experience, too.
Visit Cambria will bring participating experiences and lodging properties together as part of the overarching initiative and provide partners with supporting tools and resources to help spread the word.

During a previous Visit Cambria promotion, participating properties created lodging specials that we marketed to travelers. Those properties saw greater visitation than properties that didn’t participate—and the difference continued even after the promotion ended.
