Dinner with the Clydesdales at Covell Ranch

Ralph Covell and his daughter Tara Covell, owners of the stunning Covell Ranch, will host us on their 1,500-acre property that is home to both expansive vistas of endangered Monterey pines and over 60 impressive Clydesdales.

During the welcome reception, enjoy the company of the Clydesdales and learn a bit more about the history of the ranch and these noble draft horses.

A beautifully curated four-course farm-to-table dinner will be prepared by acclaimed Chef Matthew Roberts and thoughtfully paired with the stunning wines of Cambria’s own Stolo Vineyards.
