Join Cindy Sassaman of Beryl Jewelry Design for this intermediate workshop advancing the skills learned in the previous metalsmithing class. In this workshop, students will learn to fabricate a simple prong setting, set a stone within, and finish the piece.
Students must have prior soldering experience and either have completed the prior Metalsmithing workshop or received approval before enrolling in this class.
Sign-up is available online, with a fee of $110, or $100 for CCA members. All materials will be provided, including a stone, though students are welcome to bring one of their own if they wish. An additional materials kit including gold or sterling silver is also available for purchase.
