Pollinator Habitat Planting Day
Help bring color and life to Cambria’s wild landscape during this special community planting day at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. These restoration efforts go beyond the pines to include native shrubs and flowering plants that support our essential pollinators. These will include toyon, flowering currant, coffeeberry, and sticky monkey flower—all selected to bloom beautifully and benefit local wildlife.
No gardening experience? No worries! Friends of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve will provide all the tools and training needed. Just come prepared with closed-toe shoes, gloves, sunscreen, and a hat.
This event is made possible thanks to a generous grant from the Upper Salinas–Las Tablas Resource Conservation District. All plantings come from locally collected seeds, ensuring they thrive in our unique coastal environment. Learn more at Fiscalini’s event page, and get ready to help us plant the future.
